It covers the review of the articles of association, governance, powers and delegations, verification of compliance with Monégasque legal obligations, the control of registers, mandates and deadlines, and the consistency between the company's actual operations and its corporate documents.
Data Protection & European Compliance Audit
It covers GDPR and Monégasque Law No. 1.565 obligations: review of processing activities and records, legal bases, privacy notices and data subject rights, data processing agreements (DPAs), data security and breach management, as well as data transfers and cross-border flows.
AML/CFT Audit
It assesses the framework of professionals subject to Monégasque Law No. 1.362: risk classification, due diligence on clients and their beneficial owners, PEP and asset-freeze screening, reporting obligations to the AMSF, record-keeping and training.
AI Act Diagnostic
